The following is a hair and/or makeup service inquiry form for a bride and her bridal party. Wedding parties are on-site bookings only. At this time, I am booking all of 2025 dates. All dates are first come, first served and a wedding date is required to book. I do require a contract and deposit to secure you date. If you are still unsure of things listed, please estimate.
